About the Mill Creek Fellowship

Core Beliefs

We believe in God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.  We believe that God is love and that He alone is to be worshipped, that Jesus is the son of God, and that True Life can only be led in the power of the Holy Spirit. (Psalm 18:1 – 3; John 1:1, 6, 14, 3:16; Romans 8:13-14; II Timothy 3:16-17)

We believe that Salvation is in Christ alone. For it is by grace that you have been saved and not of yourselves; it is the gift of God. Christ died for our sins, was buried, and was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures. All who were baptized into Jesus were baptized into His death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.  (Ephesians 2:8; I Cor. 5:3, 4; Romans 6:3, 4)

We remember the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ as we participate in the Lord’s Supper.

We share God’s message of living a new life.  (Matthew 28:19, 20)

How will these basic beliefs shape our ministry?

We worship God and Him alone. Since we are fellow strugglers along the journey, we also demonstrate mutual encouragement and God’s love along the way. In matters of faith, Scripture is the final authority; in matters of opinion, freedom in all things. We enjoy weekly observance of the Lord’s Supper.
